*The first exam is free for Lions Club of San Marcos members who join the Double Peak Dental Membership Program and pay for it at the visit. Without membership, the exam is billed at the practice’s standard fee, quoted before you are seen.

The Membership Program is not dental insurance and cannot be combined with insurance. Fees are billed monthly and are not refundable once a visit has been used. Discounts apply to treatment at Double Peak Dental only. Ask the front desk for the full terms.
