Dental Implants in
San Marcos

Stable, natural-looking replacements for missing teeth.

Dental implants are a long-term way to replace missing teeth so you can chew, speak, and smile with confidence again. At Double Peak Dental, we use 3D imaging and custom surgical guides to plan each implant carefully around your bone, bite, and neighboring teeth. Our goal is a result that feels stable, looks natural, and supports your overall oral health.

Implant options we provide

We currently focus on single-tooth and small bridge implants—thoughtfully planned solutions that fit into your everyday life.

Single-tooth implants

A single implant can replace one missing tooth without affecting the healthy teeth next to it. We design the crown to blend with your natural smile so it doesn’t stand out.

Implant-supported bridges

When you’re missing several teeth in a row, implants can support a bridge without relying on removable partials. This helps restore chewing and keeps your bite more stable over time.

3D imaging and surgical guides

We use modern 3D scans and custom surgical guides to plan implant position before your visit. This helps us place implants more precisely and comfortably, with a clear picture of your anatomy.

We do not currently offer full-arch (“all-on-X”) implant solutions or IV sedation in our office. If those are needed, we’re happy to coordinate with trusted specialists.

Are dental implants right for you?

Implants may be a good option if you’re missing one or more teeth, want a solution that stays in place, and have healthy gums and enough bone to support the implant.

During your visit, we’ll review your medical history, take 3D images, and talk through your goals to see if implants are a good fit—or if another option makes more sense.

What to expect from the process

Step 1: Consultation and 3D scan

We start with a thorough exam, photos, and a 3D scan so we can see your bone and plan safely.

Step 2: Guided placement

Using a custom surgical guide, we place the implant in a precise position. We’ll walk you through what to expect for comfort, healing, and follow-up.

Step 3: Custom crown or bridge

After healing, we attach a custom crown or bridge that matches your bite and neighboring teeth, so it feels like part of your natural smile.
